Slow reports :(

A lot of you have been experiencing long wait times for your reports to load and we apologize immensely for how slow it has become. Ya, I know it really sucks! We’ve been continually growing so it’s now time that we upgraded our servers. Over the next few weeks we’ll be working on ways to speed things back up and purchasing new servers for the system. In the meantime please bear with us while we work on improving your experience.

Whew, glad to hear it! I was just wondering whether it was the application itself or merely a server issue causing the super-long waits, when I saw your post. At least there’s a light at the end of the tunnel.

Great to hear guys. I dont think anyone has any right to complain, since this service is free and awesome.

Slow.. So what… Is true i wait 5 minutes until i have the report .. but i finaly have it as i wanted and i’m happy

doesn’t matter if it’s free and therefore i don’t have a right to complain.
bad promotion imho, if they go for a payed service they will be losing me as an potential customer.
And that’s still theyre intention.
But i’m glad to hear that they’re located a potential problem and are solving it.
the sooner the better

One of our core philosophies is to support the independent developers so don’t worry about the paid service. The current features will always be part of our Free membership plan. The paid service will just include additional features that we’re working on for the future.
